Here’s a short list of some of the things I’ve done that have helped me along my path to healing. Avoid chemicals and eat”]preservatives in food as well as items you use every day. See the article entitled “15 Toxic Trespassers” from “Women’s Voices for the Earth” in the Misc. Section of this blog. Eat organic and raw whenever possible. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day. I do yoga, I use my Swing Machine and my trampoline. See Misc. Section of this blog for more info on the Swing Machine and the trampoline. If you have amalgam fillings, have them removed and replaced with porcelain fillings. Dental amalgam is a liquid mercury and metal alloy mixture. This metal alloy mixture consists of a combination of silver, tin, and copper. The dentist will tell you mercury is harmless because it is used to bind the metals together and that changes the chemical composition of the mercury, which makes it harmless. The metals leak into your teeth and make them black and then they leak into your bloodstream. causing it to be toxic. The porcelain may not last as long but is certainly better for your health! It’s very important to do a liver cleanse! I found one using raisins that has worked well for me. See the Recipe Section for the recipe. Do a detox bath at least every couple week. See the Recipe Section for the recipe. For more information regarding my chiropractor, Dr. Max Collins, go to www.thetherapygamer.com. It’s a travel blog and photography site by Cory Jones which includes the work of Dr. Max Collins.
